1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Incorrect Items: If we accidentally send you the wrong product, please let us know within 7 days, and we will initiate the return and send you the correct items as soon as possible.
- Unopened and Unused Products: If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at admin@slyron.xyz with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Be sure to include any photos of damaged or defective products, if applicable.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
- Return Shipping: After receiving your RMA number, securely package the product(s) and ship them to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds and Replacements: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used (unless damaged or defective).
- Perishable items or items that cannot be resold, such as seeds that have been planted or exposed to the elements.

We strongly recommend that you carefully review the product description, shipping details, and return policy before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses or customer error during the ordering process.
